The main driving force of socio-economic development of any country is the working people of that country. And the most important part of this man power is the youth society of that country. National development and progress is largely dependent on the involvement of the youth. In 1978, the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh created the Ministry of Youth Development, which was later named as the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Directorate of Youth Development was created in 1981 for the implementation of youth programs across the country.

Apart from this, training is provided in other trades based on local demand. Brief Description of Institutional Training: The institutional training course is conducted at Youth Training Center Magura for a duration of 2 months and 15 days, the subject of which is cattle breeding, poultry farming, fisheries and their first aid and agricultural training. To participate in this training, the trainees are sent to the district office through the concerned upazila youth development officer. Note that this training course is fully residential. Brief description of non-residential training: This program is implemented by the district office in cooperation with the upazila offices. Debt:
A) Family Based Loans: In the case of family-based employment program loans, groups are formed with 5 (five) members of the same family and 1 (one) center consisting of 8 to 10 groups is formed and provides individual-based microcredit after initial training. Each group has 1 (one) Group Head, 1 Center Head and 1 Center Secretary. Each member is given a loan of Rs.12000/= in the 1st phase, Rs.In the 2nd phase = 16000/= and in the 3rd phase = 20000/= the loan is provided.
b) Youth loan: Institutional and non-institutional training is provided by this institution to create employment in a single way in the institutional 1st, 2nd, and 3rd phase respectively Rs. =, 50000/= and 60000/= loans are provided.
